Liverpool plot huge January swoop for former Real Madrid ace
Liverpool are plotting a mega money January bid for Arsenal and Chelsea target Gonzalo Higuain, according to reports in the Sunday Express. The Napoli striker has been linked with a move to the Premier League since leaving Real Madrid in 2013, when he joined the Serie A giants. An Argentine international, the 27-year old hitman has scored five goals in six appearances so far this season – reportedly convincing under fire Reds boss Brendan Rodgers to splash out in order to bring him to Merseyside.
