Arsenal set to launch 19.6m bid to sign former Chelsea forward in controversial deal
Gunners prepare raid for former Chelsea attacker this January. Arsenal are rumoured to be preparing a bid to sign former Chelsea winger Gokhan Tore from Turkish club Besiktas in a £14.5m deal this January. The 23-year-old is a talented young attacker who has shone in the Turkish top flight, though he does have ties with Arsenal's rivals Chelsea, having had a spell there earlier in his career.
