Chelsea set to beat Arsenal to signing of Ligue 1 midfield star
Chelsea are considering a move to sign Arsenal target Javier Pastore from Paris Saint-Germain in order to reinforce their ranks, according to Tuttomercatoweb, as reported by the Daily Star. The 26-year-old is said to be available on a loan deal given that he is not guaranteed a regular starting role under manager Laurent Blanc this season. Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on more reinforcements after his side suffered four losses from their previous nine Premier League games.
