Arsenal 2-1 Everton: Arsene Wenger's men show title credentials with table-topping win over the Toffees

A French double helped Arsenal rise to top spot in the Premier League after beating ten-man Everton 2-1 at the Emirates on a wet Saturday evening.  The Gunners’ lead at the top of table could last less than 24 hours, with Manchesters United and City meeting in the derby on Sunday, but it sends out a warning to the club’s title rivals.
