‘We needed this win': In-form Arsenal man speaks ahead of Bayern Munich clash
Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has called for his teammates to deliver another top quality performance against Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League, following the Gunners' victory over Swansea City (via Arsenal.com). The Frenchman opened the scoring with an unmarked header from a Mesut Ozil corner, and was generally lively throughout as we eventually won 3-0. This takes his tally up to four goals in the previous five games – it looks like we won't miss Theo Walcott too much after all.
