When Jon Toral joined Arsenal from Barcelona in 2011, the latter's then-president Sandro Rosell described the move as "legal but a little immoral". Ironically, just three years later Rosell was forced to resign from the Catalan club over the alleged misappropriation of funds when signing Neymar.
