Man United and Arsenal in battle to sign Juventus defender in January
Manchester United and Arsenal are the front-runners in the chase to land Juventus defender Daniele Rugani. Rugani, 21, joined the Bianconeri in the summer but has struggled to impress Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri, having made just one appearance which came in the Champions League against Sevilla. Arsenal and United were both keen on signing the defender before losing out to the Italian club in July, but they are now ready to reignite their interest in January, claim Tuttosport. Rugani's agent has already hinted the player could be swayed by an approach from a Premier League club, although Fiorentina are also understood to be monitoring the situation.
