New York City FC Appoints Arsenal Legend Vieira As New Head Coach
It has been revealed that former Arsenal and Manchester City midfielder Patrick Vieira has been appointed as head coach of Major League Soccer club New York City. The 39 year old leaves his role as head coach of Manchester City's Under-21s after signing a three-year contract with New York. New York City are part of the City Football Group founded by Manchester City owner Sheik Mansour. Vieira will take up his new role on 1 January 2016.
