BOMB THREAT forces Germany national team to evacuate from Paris hotel

The German national football team were evacuated from their hotel in Paris on Friday morning, but have now returned after being given the all clear, The Guardian reports. The Guardian states that The Hotel Molitor received an anonymous call at 9:50am local time on Friday, and that members of the Germany squad to take on France later in the evening were amongst the guests evacuated. Police sent sniffer dogs into the hotel to check for explosive devices and a perimeter for security was established around the outside of the building and while police carried out their investigation at the scene, the Germany players made their way up to Roland Garros, the home of French tennis, to pass the...
