Lionel Messi Arsenal: £175m football king willing to make BPL move for £600k-a-week
Barcelona megastar Lionel Messi is currently facing criminal charges for tax fraud in Spain. While the four-time Ballon d'Or winner is highly unlikely to ever see the inside of a jail cell, his frustration with the situation in Spain may drive him right into the loving arms of Arsene Wenger at Emirates Stadium. According to the Daily Star, Messi is willing to take his talents to London and join Arsenal in exchange for a reported salary of £18 million per year, or £600,000-per-week after taxes.
