Barcelona Superstar Waiting To Hear From Arsenal
It has been reported that Arsenal are regarded as shock favourites to land Lionel Messi should he choose to leave Barcelona. According to the Daily Star, Arsenal are favourites to land Messi this summer but will have to hand him £600,000 a week to secure the deal. Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea are also considering moves for Messi but the Argentina ace would prefer a move to north London if he quits Barcelona. The Gunners would have to shell out a huge £18m a year AFTER tax, meaning Messi's weekly wage would be an eye watering £600,000 before deductions.
