Arsenal and Chelsea joined by Valencia in battle for £35m-rated striker Michy Batshuayi
Valencia have joined Arsenal and Chelsea in the race for Marseille hotshot Michy Batshuayi. The 22-year-old has emerged as one of the most promising centre-forwards of his kind in European football after hitting eight goals in just 13 Ligue 1 outings this term. His form has been even more remarkable considering Marseille are struggling in 16th place in the table – and he scored just nine in the whole of last season. Arsenal and Chelsea are big fans of the Belgian, who arrived in the south of France from Standard Liege in August of last year.
