Chelsea join Arsenal in race to sign in-form £24.5m striker
Chelsea have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi, according to reports from the Metro. Batshuayi has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stade Velodrome in recent weeks, with the Gunners extremely interested in the in-form Belgium international. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is looking to bring in some back-up to star striker Olivier Giroud, and has been impressed by Batshuayi’s nine goals in 16 games so far this term.
