Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are in a transfer race to sign Partizan Belgrade teenager Andrija Zivkovic. According to the International Business Times, both North London heavyweights have their eyes on the young winger and after considering a move to bring the Eastern European starlet to the capital.
