Arsene Wenger confirms Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is injured, but will continue to play him anyway
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that he has no plans to rest key forward Alexis Sanchez despite the Chilean ace being injured, according to the Metro. Sanchez has proven himself to be one of Wenger's most trusted players since arriving from Barcelona in the summer of 2014 (via Metro), and was in terrific form once again during Tuesday night's Champions League victory over Dinamo Zagreb, where he scored twice in a 3-0 win. However, speaking in a press conference ahead of this weekend's Premier League clash with strugglers Norwich City, Wenger confirmed that he has no intentions of resting Sanchez, despite him carrying an a minor hamstring injury.
