[Video] Cech super save vs Sunderland shows importance of ex-Chelsea shot-stopper
We all knew Petr Cech was going to save us points when we signed him from Chelsea this past summer, but did we realise just how crucial he was going to be? He made yet another phenomenal – and potentially match saving – stop against Sunderland this past Saturday, with the score poised at 1-1 during a crucial part of the game. Had we gone behind at that point, who knows whether we would have recovered. Instead we were able to pile the pressure on and get the all important goal that would take us back into the lead, eventually putting the game to bed with a third goal.
