Arsenal set to beat Chelsea to midfield star following continued scouting missions

Arsenal are looking to step up their chase to sign Chelsea target Ruben Neves from Porto after continued scouting missions, Daily Star reports. The 18-year-old emerged as a target for the Blues earlier in the campaign while the Gunners are now said to have joined the race given their recent injury crisis. Neves was being watched by scouts sent by manager Arsene Wenger during Saturday’s 2-1 win over Pacos de Ferreira, earning the man of the match reward in the process.
