Serie A giants handed 60m war chest and eye Arsenal and Liverpool target

Juventus will reportedly have a 60m transfer war chest in January and have identified Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan as a target. Monaco star Joao Moutinho is also understood to be on their shortlist, as the Turin giants will have a significant amount of money available to continue to get their Scudetto charge back on track after a disappointing start to the campaign.
