Top 10 Premier League clubs in 2015: ranked by number of points won so far this calendar year

What a difference a year makes. This time last year Chelsea were running away with the title and Leicester City were propping up the Premier League with just 10 points. Newcastle were a top seven side, while Aston Villa were just eight points off a top four spot. Now it’s looking different for all the sides mentioned and a few others too, with Swansea City struggling and Liverpool, Tottenham, and Crystal Palace all improving.
