Arsenal set to be boosted by midfielder's return from injury before the end of the year

GETTY BACK SOON: Jack Wilshere could return before the end of the year Wilshere, 23, has been sidelined all season after fracturing his leg just 24 hours before the Community Shield win against Chelsea in August. But the Daily Mail report that the England international is in the home straight of his rehab and in line to feature over the hectic Christmas period. Arsenal travel to Southampton on Boxing Day before hosting Bournemouth two days later to round off 2015. Arsene Wenger will be relieved to have Wilshere back with fellow midfielders Santi Cazorla, Francis Coquelin, Tomas Rosicky and Mikel Arteta sidelined. “The recovery is going well but it’s frustrating of course”...
