Steven Gerrard has claimed that Arsenal and Wales star Aaron Ramsey is the best attacking midfielder in the Premier League when in form. Ramsey has been in impressive form in recent matches, scoring once and assisting Olivier Giroud twice in games against Sunderland and Olympiakos since moving back into his preferred central position from the right wing.
