Porto slash asking price for 50m Arsenal transfer target & potential Coquelin replacement

As FC Porto look to cut their losses on midfielder Giannelli Imbula, they are understood to have slashed the player’s asking price to 30m. Imbula, who only joined Porto from Olympique de Marseille for 25m during the summer, has a buy-out clause of 50m in his contract. However, Porto are willing to forgo that fee, and would be prepared to offload the box-to-box operator for just 30m in order to move on from his disastrous transfer [A Bola via Le 10 Sport].
