Mesut Ozil wins another trophy to go alongside his FA Cup and Community Shield medals

Mesut Ozil has won Arsenal's Player of the Month award for December. The 27-year-old playmaker, who also won the awards – which are sponsored by Vitality – for October and November, picked up 81.2% of the fan vote, according to Arsenal's official website. Ozil scored one goal and provided five assists in five Premier League games during December. He hit the net in a 2-0 win over Bournemouth, after setting up strikes in victories over Sunderland and Aston Villa, as well as two as the Gunners beat Manchester City. Ozil's personal trophy cabinet is pretty impressive. He won the German Cup with Werder Bremen and the UEFA European Under-21 Championship with Germany in 2009,...
