Stamping on Emre Can Costa was given a three-match ban after being found guilty of violent conduct during a Capital One Cup tie with Liverpool. The FA deemed he stood on Emre Can and then-manager Jose Mourinho cited a television campaign about "Diego Costa's crimes" as a reason for the ban. 2. Annoying Arsene Wenger Arsenal boss Wenger has been infuriated by Costa twice this season. Most recently he accused Costa of getting Per Mertesacker sent off when the Blues won at the Emirates, coming on the back of an even fierier game at Stamford Bridge.
