Arsenal and West Ham blow as Spanish giants agree winger deal
Arsenal and West Ham United have been halted in their chase to sign Diogo Jota after Atletico Madrid agreed a deal for his services, according to AS. The 19-year-old was also linked with Aston Villa, Barcelona, as well as Benfica, but is now set to complete a move to the Vicente Calderon Stadium from Portuguese outfits Pacos Ferreira. All three Premier League clubs were said to have scouted the winger ahead of his potential switch to join manager Diego Simeone at Atleti.
