Mesut Ozil believes that Arsenal‘s failure to deal with the Premier League's lesser sides is the reason they've not taken the division by storm this season. With Chelsea falling out of the title race after a miserable start to the campaign, with Liverpool in transition, and with both Manchester United and Manchester City flattering to deceive despite the vast resources at their disposal, Arsenal's key rivals have all been largely off the pace this season.
