Arsene Wenger confirms he has no plans on stepping down as manager of Arsenal. LONDON -- Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will make a late decision on whether to play Petr Cech against Watford on Saturday, but said all of the club's players returned in good shape from the international break. Cech has been sidelined with a calf injury since the 2-1 Premier League loss to Swansea on March 2 but is now ready to return to full training. "Petr Cech will join in training today, but I haven't decided yet if he will be in the squad or not tomorrow," Wenger said on Friday at his prematch news conference.
