Arsenal boss ready to launch transfer double-raid for exciting Serie A duo
According to reports from Mirror Football, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revived his interest in two Serie A stars ahead of the summer transfer window – Roma defender Kostas Manolas and Juventus striker Alvaro Morata. The Gunners were close to sealing a £12million transfer for Manolas in summer 2013 but the Greek international ended up moving to the Stadio Olimpico instead and has since emerged as one of the most-wanted centre-backs in Serie A – with Chelsea and Everton also believed to be chasing the 24-year-old.
