Man United and Arsenal prepare for blockbuster battle over disgruntled PSG star
Manchester United and Arsenal will go head-to-head in a battle to land Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos this summer, according to the Sunday Mirror. The two titans of English football are reportedly keeping tabs on the 21-year old's apparent frustration in the French capital as they weigh up a potential summer move. Much of the player's frustration is believed to have stemmed from largely playing out of position this season, in a less familiar right-back berth. While with former club Roma, the Brazilian international excelled in more central positions, prompting the Parisians powerhouses to make a £25m move back in 2013.
