Arsène Wenger disappointed by referee change for Spurs match at Stoke

Arsène Wenger has been left “surprised and disappointed” by the decision to withdraw Kevin Friend from his duties officiating Tottenham Hotspur’s game at Stoke on Monday and believes a dangerous precedent has been set by the switch.
