Picture Special: Arsenal's Jack Wilshere suffers fresh injury scare playing for U21s
The 24-year-old midfielder was pictured crumpled on the floor receiving treatment on his right knee during the youth game, sparking fresh concern over the England midfielder's fitness. However, Wilshere managed to continue playing and went on to score his first goal in an Arsenal shirt in 11 months, but could not prevent the Gunners from slipping to a 2-1 defeat.
