Arsenal to complete major signing after agreeing personal terms with top target
BONGARTS IN PRINCIPLE: Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Xhaka The Gunners are in talks with Borussia Monchengladbach for the Switzerland international after tabling an initial £24m bid. They are reportedly confident of getting the switch completed by the end of the season despite refusing to meet Gladbach's £35m valuation But, according to Bleacher Report, Xhaka has agreed a deal in principle. Arsenal have been in contact with the midfielder over the past month and expect to finalise a contract with minimal fuss.
