Arsenal wonderkid continues fine vein of form as Three Lions down the Danes; Chelsea starlet shines

England secured their spot in the quarter-finals of the U-17 European Championships as Reiss Nelson again stole the show against Denmark. The Three Lions lost their opening bout 2-1 against Sweden, but managed to comeback strongly with a 2-0 victory over France on Monday—with Nelson scoring a first-half penalty—and a 3-1 triumph over Denmark on Thursday. Nelson opened the scoring after 30 minutes when he finished a fine cross from Chelsea full-back Dujon Sterling, before Mason Mount of Chelsea added a second in the 51st minute. Sheffield Wednesday starlet George Hirst made sure of the victory in the 78th minute with a sharp finish after a driving run through the heart of the park....
