Arsene Wenger admits he's in no rush to sign a new contract

GETTY NO RUSH: Wenger says he plans to wait a while to sign a new contract He said: “There is no medical reason why he should not recover, but where there could be some psychological damage I don’t know. “Different players react differently. The first stage when they are on crutches is the worst one. “In Danny’s case I believe it will be 12 weeks on crutches. “Once the player can work again he feels his recovery is going upwards then you have done the job. But the first period is very depressing.”
