Arsenal midfield flop set to make Premier League return

Arsene Wenger spent several years trying to develop Norwegian defender Havard Nordtveit into a starting-caliber player, but neither extensive time with the reserves nor loan spells across Europe could bring Nordtveit to where Wenger wanted him. He was sold in 2010 and spent his last six years with Borussia Monchengladbach. Now though, Nordtveit is getting a chance to make a name for himself by returning to London. According to The Sun, West Ham United have agreed to sign Nordtveit – who now plays as a defensive midfielder – to a five-year deal.
