Wojciech Szczesny: 'I learnt more at Roma than 10 years at Arsenal'

Wojciech Szczesny has claimed that he gained more experience during his season-long loan stint at Roma than he did during a decade at parent club Arsenal. The Poland international was sent out on a short-term deal by the Gunners last summer after losing his place to Petr Cech and David Ospina at the Emirates Stadium. Szczesny, who is reportedly valued at £15m by Arsenal, admits that he already knows where he will ply his trade in 2015-16 but is not yet willing to say publicly.
