Arsenal squad numbers leaked: Granit Xhaka handed team-mate's shirt ahead of £33m arrival
GETTY NO: Granit Xhaka will wear the No.34 at Arsenal According to the supporter who leaked pictures of Xhaka wearing an Arsenal kit earlier today - he’s been assigned the number 34 shirt. Francis Coquelin was the previous owner of that number last season but has now switched to Mikel Arteta’s unoccupied No.8. “Xhaka flying back home. #Complete” Valon Demiri Unsurprisingly, Petr Cech has taken Wojciech Szczesny’s No.1, while Alexis Sanchez swill change from 17 to 7 - thereby replacing the departing Tomas Rosicky.
