Arsenal make Alexis Sanchez announcement ahead of new season
GETTY NEW SEASON, NEW NUMBER: Alexis Sanchez will wear No.7 The Chile forward has worn No.17 since joining from Barcelona for £30m in 2014. But he will now wear the No.7, vacated by the departing Tomas Rosicky. The new number will reassure fans worried by speculation over Sanchez's future. Bayern Munich and Juventus have both reportedly been sniffing around as talks over a contract extension drag on. Arsenal confirmed the switch while announcing their new strip for 2016/17 campaign.
