Arsenal set to leapfrog Liverpool in transfer scrap for title-winning defender
According to reports from Football Insider, Arsenal are ready to hold preliminary negotiations with Leicester City over the sale of Liverpool transfer target Ben Chilwell. The 19-year-old is yet to register a Premier League appearance for the Foxes but featured in the FA Cup earlier this season after returning from a loan spell with Huddersfield in January.
