Arsenal leading race for £20m Chelsea target, but Wenger may turn down deal

Chelsea are also looking to sign the Frenchman, but we're the ones leading the race for his signature, according to Le Parisien. Having only just signed Granit Xhaka (via Arsenal.com), it seems unlikely that Arsene Wenger would be in the market for another midfielder. Kante was absolutely phenomenal this season though, and with his £20m release clause (via Le Parisien) it may be too good of a deal to pass up.
