Follow the author on Twitter: @Attlee Former Arsenal star John Hartson believes Arsene Wenger could easily spend upwards of £150m this summer, with the Frenchman looking to end his Arsenal career with a bang, according to the Daily Star. Wenger has been widely criticised for his unwillingness to spend in the past, with many furious that the manager hasn't brought in the required quality to win the league. Season after season it's seemed like we've been just a player or two short of greatness, and yet season after season Wenger has failed to address the issues.
