Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reveals reason why he didn't sign Dimitri Payet
GETTY STAR: Payet has scored twice at Euro 2016 The Frenchman was signed by Hammers boss Slaven Bilic for just over £10m and he proved to be one of the signings of the season.
