Arsenal transfer news: Gunners standing firm as Juventus swoop for star player
Arsenal are understood to have batted away a Juventus approach for star forward Alexis Sanchez. The Daily Mail claims that the 27-year-old Chilean is a target of several clubs this summer but Arsene Wenger has no intention of selling the man who could eventually spearhead a Premier League triumph. The same source understands that Sanchez could be unsettled at the Emirates Stadium after seeing his Arsenal fall well short again in the title race and fail to make any impact in the Champions League.
