Real Madrid make huge Alvaro Morata decision: This is where he'll play this season

GETTY GOING NOWHERE: Morata will stay with Madrid Spanish newspaper Marca yesterday claimed Chelsea made a £51.2m (€60m) bid for the Spanish striker. However Real, who re-signed Morata from Juventus after activating his buy-back clause, rejected their offer. And it now seems the 23-year-old will stay with Madrid. Marca now say Real's president Florentino Perez is keen to add youth to his side and wants Morata to stay at the Bernabeu. The Spanish giants want the youngster to challenge first-choice striker Karim Benzema for game time.
