Arsenal face competition for £30m striker who scored just 4 goals last season

Arsenal are preparing a £30 million offer for Manchester City forward Wilfried Bony according to the Daily Star. The report claims that Bony is almost certain to leave the Premier League giants after being left out of the Champions League play-off squad ahead of the clash against Romanian outfit Steaua Bucharest. The Ivory Coast international did not feature against Arsenal in their recent pre-season friendly on Sunday either despite being fit the play which was another signal that head coach Pep Guardiola has no plans for Bony this season.
