Arsene Wenger says nearly half the clubs in the Premier League are capable of winning the league title this season. Former England and Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour is expecting Arsene Wenger to sign at least two more players, including a centre-back, in order to give their fans the confidence of a Premier League title push this season.
