Chris Coleman blames Arsene Wenger for Aaron Ramsey injury
Coleman admitted he was surprised Arsene Wenger rushed the Euro 2016 semi-finalist back for Arsenal's opening Premier League game against Liverpool. Wenger's decision to play Ramsey in Arsenal's 4-3 defeat backfired as the player suffered a hamstring injury, ruling him out of his country's World Cup qualifier against Moldova on September 5. Coleman expected Wenger to hand Ramsey an extended break following the tournament in France, just as he did for Germany's Mesut Ozil and France pair Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud.
