Oh Twitter, you weird and wonderful place. Whilst nobody doubts the sheer achievement of human evolution in being able to contact someone in Timbuktu with the click of a button, there is an obvious downside to how connected we've all become – especially if you're a celebrity. Twitter Trolls. They're ruddy everywhere and it's not like in Lord of the Rings, where nobody would give two shrugs if you beheaded an annoying cave troll en route to Mordor.
