Mike Phelan mulling over taking Hull job permanently ahead of Arsenal clash
The 53-year-old has been offered the post full-time after an impressive two-month spell in caretaker charge, but has is yet to make a decision on whether to succeed Steve Bruce in the long term. Issues remain to be ironed out regarding Phelan's job specification and the financial package on offer, with the club's on-going takeover saga further complicating the outcome.
