Nicklas Bendtner limbers up for Arsenal return with dustbin challenge
With an EFL Cup tie against Arsenal in the pipeline, Nicklas Bendtner has been showing his former club just what they're missing. Limbering up ahead of the Gunners' visit, Bendtner engaged in a good old fashioned "dustbin challenge" in the Nottingham Forest dressing room with new teammate Hildeberto Pereira.
